The name Truth & Training reflects the passion of Awana to teach third through fifth grade boys and girls the truth of God's Word and to train them to follow Christ in their daily lives. Our goal is that many of today's young people will become tomorrow's church leaders. T&T is the program that trains the leaders of tomorrow today.
AWANA Bucks: These are an incentive for the clubbers to work extra-hard to memorize as many verses as possible. Even though they receive the regular uniform awards, we provide the Awana Store as an added incentive. We have stocked our store with toys, candy, games, jewelry, and various other items clubbers will enjoy. The clubbers accumulate their Bucks, and then can spend them on the Store dates or special events listed on the calendar. All Bucks must be spent by the end of the club year and cannot be carried over to the next club year. So, help and encourage your clubber to memorize their verses!
