The Worship Arts Ministry at Rose Drive Friends Church is a paramount aspect of weekly services. Whether it be in the Choir, Orchestra, Praise Teams, Drama Teams or Technical Arts, each facet of musical worship is an integral part of our worship experience. Throughout the year there are many opportunities to get involved and encourage people to pursue participating in whatever area they feel the Lord has gifted them.
It is our goal and purpose as the Worship Arts Ministry to serve the Lord through music and song to the best of our abilities. We feel that God has blessed us with talents and gifts to enhance and build up the universal church and look forward weekly to participating in our weekend services. A musical worship experience at Rose Drive offers a wide array of song genres and styles that reflect the vastness and greatness of our God that we are serving. Worshipping the Lord corporately is such a great gift that the Lord has blessed us with and as a ministry; we focus on the corporate response to where the Lord is leading us.

Choir & Orchestra
The Rose Drive Friends Church Sanctuary Choir and Orchestra provide an excellent opportunity for people with a heart for God and a love for music to serve in ministry. The musical ability of the members is as varied as you can imagine which makes this a wonderfully unique ministry. The choir and orchestra meet on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary to rehearse, fellowship, and pray. Their participation in our services regularly occurs during our 9:00 a.m. Sunday service.
Praise Team
The Praise Teams at Rose Drive Friends Church provide an opportunity for singers and musicians to use their musical talents in helping to lead our corporate worship. These teams serve on a rotating basis for musical worship in our Saturday evening and Sunday morning services. Service on these teams requires weekly rehearsals along with personal preparation outside of rehearsals. Being a part of these vocal and instrumental teams comes with the understanding that it is our purpose to glorify the Lord in corporate worship.
Technical Arts
The Technical Arts Team at Rose Drive Friends is integrated into everything that happens at the church. It is a privilege to supply sound, lighting and video support to all of the ministries. We strive for excellence but with a servant's heart as we serve "behind the scenes." We are looking for sound, camera, computer and light operators and also people to help set up and tear down before and after services and events. Training is available in all areas; however, experience is appreciated but not necessary. Contact Mike Battin in the church office to find how you can get involved.
