Here at Rose Drive Friends Church we believe that part of loving God and loving one another is through serving. God has called us to reach out to each other and our world in a tangible way. Serve at Rose Drive Friends Church
First Impressions
Welcome worshippers on the weekend through serving as a greeter, usher, parking lot attendant or Welcome Center attendant
Guest Ministries
Greet first time visitors after services, help with follow-up throughout the week, or take part in welcoming guests at our Discovering Rose Drive experience.
Connections
Help people make connections with one another through leading or hosting a small group or volunteering to help in any of the adult ministries areas including women’s, men’s, singles, Prime Time (65+) and more!
Children’s Ministries
Lots of opportunities to care, assist and/or lead our children to engage their faith. Opportunities in check-in, set-up/tear down, nursery, preschool, elementary, classroom or large group settings, at special events, through worship and more! **Background Check Required
Student Ministries
Be a small group leader, teacher, worship team, camp counselor, special event helper, driver or more with our middle school and high school students **Background Check Required
Worship Arts
Use your talents of music through participating in choir, praise band, orchestra, or special music.
Technical Arts
Assist our team in producing the audio, lights and/or video aspects of our ministries. Weekend, weekday, and special event opportunities available.
Office Administration
Help in the office to provide support through data entry, making phone calls, administrative help, website support, and/or answering the phones.
Finance
Help our finance team through counting the offering or other data entry. **Background check required.
Hospitality
Help provide refreshments and meals at various ministries throughout the week
Prayer
Serve Rose Drive through praying for the different ministries and people in our church family. Opportunities include Monday night, Tuesday morning, and more.
Serve
Make a tangible difference in someone’s life through joining one of the serve teams, such as disaster relief, Friends Serving Friends, special projects, and more!
Care
Show care and support to those hurting in our congregation through joining the Encourager ministry, one of the many support groups, or our Stephen ministry.
Recreation
Reach out to our community through serving in Upward Basketball, one of the Rec Leagues, or summer sports camps
Outreach
As a part of the missions team make a difference in the world for Christ, with our food pantry ministry, Canning Hunger, global missions, and more
Special Events
Help with special events at Rose Drive like Christmas Eve, the Block Party, All-Church picnics, and more as the needs arise.
Creative Arts
Help brainstorm and implement weekend visuals, room ascetics, sermon helps, and other artistic expressions.
