We are grateful for your diligence in providing a safe environment for the children, youth and church community at Rose Drive Friends Church.
Step 1: Rose Drive Friends Church Ministry Volunteer Application Form
Every volunteer applicant working with Rose Drive Friends is required to complete a Rose Drive Friends Ministry Volunteer Application Form. The application can be found HERE.
Step 2: Interview
Upon completion of the Ministry Volunteer Application, volunteers will be briefly interviewed by the area Ministry Pastor, Leader or Ministry Coordinator to get to know you and answer any questions you may have.
Step 3: LiveScan (if applicable)
Every volunteer working with minors or youth at Rose Drive Friends Church must be LiveScanned (fingerprinted). Please email Kari Wallace (KariW@rdf.org) to make a LiveScan appointment.
All LiveScan appointments are arranged through Kari Wallace. LiveScan appointments occur at the Friends Church Yorba Linda offices (5091 Mountain View Ave., Yorba Linda) between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday. LiveScan appointments can also be arranged at local UPS stores in the evening or on weekends. Please note that you will need to bring a government issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) and the LiveScan form (download HERE).
Clearance: You will receive a note in the mail when you have fully cleared the process.
Step 4: Welcome On-Boarding
Upon completion of LiveScan (if applicable) and interview, and following confirmation of your volunteer role, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment for a brief on-boarding session.
