GriefShare offers a safe, welcoming space where you can navigate the difficult emotions of grief and receive valuable guidance, tips and support from others who understand your pain. Led by a trained facilitator, each session includes a 30-minute video featuring insights and stories that will help you find relief, comfort and peace of mind. Food Ministry: Our Food Pantry is open Wednesdays 4-5 PM and Saturdays, 8:30-9:30 AM. If you would like to donate non-perishable, non-expired items to help us feed those who are struggling, food can be dropped off during Food Pantry hours or at bins located just outside the Church Office and Sanctuary doors.
Embracing Families: The Embracing Families Ministry is dedicated to supporting and empowering foster families, adoptive families, and single parent families. We believe that every family deserves the resources and support they need to thrive, and we’re committed to providing those resources to our community. Rowntree Gardens: A Quaker Gardens Senior Community
Founded in 1965 by what is now the Evangelical Friends Church Southwest, Rowntree Gardens: A Quaker Gardens Senior Community is a non-profit licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). A non-denominational Christian spirit and ethic guides our state-of-the art facility. Rowntree Gardens is supported by RNs and LVNs 24/7. Residents have access to a Medicare certified rehabilitation center, and physicians who specialize in Geriatrics.
